A clean break is easier, you can reset it and it heals. You can move on, but if you leave things messy or things don’t get put right, then it just hurts. Forever.

I’m sorry but I can’t get over it. I don’t care if it was in high school, first love will always be there. It’s been years and i still start to tear up when anyone mentions him. 

I push away people that I love because I know they deserve so much more than what I can give them.
